The Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels Business Unit Strategy

As part of strategy 2027+ the Endress+Hauser group has a new Business Unit to develop digital sales channels worldwide. 

Purpose of the Business Unit

  • Focus in digitalization and technology, we want to empower new customers to discover and buy the Endress+Hauser offering worldwide
  • Capture and maximize the value generated via digital sales channels
  • Build a global sales, support, and distribution network in Americas, Europe and Asia 

As part of the business unit growth plan, we are looking to set up a team of 3 digital natives hosted in Group Services US that will support and develop digital sales channels in the US.

Role + Responsibilities  

  • Central responsibility for the seamless customer journey of non-blue digital sales channel accounts within the whole supply chain. This includes internal stakeholder management with all involved functions. 
  • Oversee the entire order processing cycle within SAP, from order receipt to shipment and invoicing.
  • Proactive customer care in all operational issues e.g. payment, documentation, planning of deliveries. 
  • Manage and coordinate stock holding points including stock rotation, minimizing returns and value of stocks. 
  • Active participation in optimizing the current processes in regards to the requirements of the new customer accounts.  
  • Active participation on the onboarding and setup of new digital sales partners. 
  • Collaborates with Digital Sales Engineer and Business Development Manager- Digital Sales to implement the Partner Success Program that maximizes the value generated by Digital Sales Channels worldwide. 

Qualification + Profile  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
  • Process orientated with strong customer focus; strong analytical skills for fulfillment processes 
  • Detail-loving and curious why and how processes are linked and how they can be adapted and improved 
  • Hands-on-mentality with courage to fail and act fast 
  • Pro-active, self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Very good communication skills with different stakeholders/areas
