This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our business. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our office and laboratory facilities while providing support across administration, finance, HR, sales, and service operations.

The Role
As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of our UK office and act as a central point of coordination for multiple business functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director and wider team to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Business Administration
- Manage CRM and business systems including Salesforce and INFOR
- Coordinate UK office operations and facilities management
- Arrange travel and accommodation for sales and service personnel
- Organise exhibitions, trade shows, marketing materials, and demonstration equipment
- Support lead generation activities
- Coordinate monthly payroll administration with support from accounts team
- HR Administration for Analytik UK team
- Service and operational support
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Business Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
