*This is a 4-6 month temporary position*

Role + Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for assisting with inventory consolidation, job material transactions and cycle counting. Tasks may include reviewing inventory levels, communicating shortages and concerns and investigating discrepancies. This position will work closely with the Inventory Planning Coordinator.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job fulfillment by pulling material from inventory locations and performing material transactions in the ERP system.
  • Perform inventory consolidation to create more available storage space in stores.
  • Conducts physical inventories, maintains accuracy in cycle counts, and coordinates cycle count adjustments with the Inventory Planning Coordinator.

Qualification + Profile

Qualifications:

  • Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Work independently with little direct supervision.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Work with numerous staff members at various levels in the organization.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Database management skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to individually lift 25 pounds steadily, multiple times per day.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years inventory control experience preferred.
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably Syteline, is a plus.
