Responsible for managing and maintaining all Infrastructure resources in world class condition ensuring they are readily available for employees and visitors while aligning with the strategy of Endress & Hauser ONE Infrastructure.

Role + Responsibilities 
•    Monitor, maintain and establish preventative/predictive/reactive maintenance for the automation controls, safety & security, HVAC systems, IT/Audio & Video, lighting, and other infrastructure resources either personally or through the use of contractors.
•    Serve as site Safety Program Coordinator in collaboration with the Safety Manager to implement, enforce and train safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for work site safety practices while detecting and implementing corrective actions for existing or potential accident and health hazards.
•    Acting Shipping and Receiving coordinator back up where required to receive, inspect, package, secure and prepare documentation for both functions.

Qualification + Profile 
•    Associates degree (A.A. or A.S.) in a technical area and at least 3-5 years of related experience (Education may be substituted with experience and/or training).
•    Knowledge of budgets and planning.
•    Building automation and controls systems experience.
•    IT, Audio & Video experience.
•    OSHA 30 Hour Certificate preferred.
•    Environmental & LEED compliance experience preferred.
