IT & Systems Administrator

At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, with over 17,000 employees shape the future in the field of process automation. Whether developing and realizing new technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.

We are looking for a IT & Systems Administrator to join us and become the friendly go-to person who helps colleagues get the most out of our systems and digital tools—while you grow your skills in a supportive environment. You will be part of Endress+Hauser AB, working close to the business in Sweden and collaborating with colleagues across the wider group when we implement and adapt shared tools.

What is the role about?

Are you curious about how a company’s systems and digital tools actually work behind the scenes?

Do you enjoy helping others and turning “something’s not working” into a clear solution?

Do you want an entry-level role where you learn fast, take responsibility, and make everyday work easier for colleagues?

In this role, you will support and develop our digital workplace and local IT environment, working with a variety of systems and tools used across the business. You will collaborate closely with internal users and colleagues both locally and within the corporate group.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to how we use new technologies, including supporting the implementation and development of AI-based tools to improve efficiency and ways of working. You will report to the HR Manager, and your work will include both people-facing support and hands-on system improvements.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Support and continuously improve our digital workplace tools, especially SharePoint and Teams, so colleagues can work efficiently
  • Help drive and develop the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP) in Sweden, including keeping up to date on new features and applying them in a useful way locally
  • Coordinate with colleagues in the wider group to implement existing tools and adapt them to local business needs
  • Work with and support multiple systems used across the organization, ensuring they are user-friendly and support business needs
  • Support the introduction and use of AI-based tools and digital solutions, helping the organization explore smarter and more efficient ways of working
  • Support onboarding in the IT environment for new employees, including setting up accounts, tools, and access
  • Provide first-line support for day-to-day IT questions and help colleagues troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
  • Participate in improving our HR system (People Solution) together with HR, including updates and making the system easier to use

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Are genuinely curious about IT, systems, and digital tools—and you enjoy learning how things work
  • Are curious about new technologies, including AI, and interested in how they can be used in a practical business context
  • Like helping others and have a service-minded, team-oriented approach
  • Have a basic understanding of hardware and software and feel comfortable troubleshooting everyday issues
  • Enjoy improving routines and making tools easier to use for others, not just “fixing problems”
  • Are structured and take initiative—when you spot something that could work better, you suggest improvements
  • Have recently completed studies in IT or a related field, or gained similar knowledge through projects, part-time work, or internships

What can you expect from us?

  • A welcoming environment where you can grow into the role and build confidence step by step.
  • A mix of hands-on support and development work, so you learn broadly and quickly.
  • Collaboration with supportive colleagues locally and opportunities to interact with the wider group when working with shared tools.
  • Lifelong learning with versatile training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge transfer and e-learning.
  • We are a family-owned, highly committed company with a sustainable vision.
