We are looking for a Inside Sales Engineer to join us and strengthen our customer relationships while driving sales development in our Northern Sweden operations. At Endress+Hauser Sweden, we combine local expertise with global know-how to support customers across key industries with reliable measurement solutions.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Support customers in your assigned territory and build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Engineers to follow up on quotations and drive sales to closure
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to ensure solutions meet customer needs
- Develop existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities and promoting cross-selling
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining high service quality
- Maintain accurate customer data and document activities in CRM and SAP
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have an interest in sales combined with technical customer advisory
- Work in a structured and organized way with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and build trust with both customers and colleagues
- Bring a proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
- Are comfortable handling negotiations and commercial discussions
- Have experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP
