Qualifications And Job Description
Overall, The position of the Service Coordinator is to liaise with customers of SC Türkiye regarding service-related matters and to coordinate the provision of services at customer sites in a safe, efficient, profitable, and timely manner. This involves delegating work to Sales Center Türkiye Service Engineers based on their qualifications, availability, and proximity to their base.
Which tasks will you perform?
As the Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Identify where, when, and the type of field service required.
Quote the customer for the type of field and workshop service needed.
Obtain an official purchase order from the customer for the field and workshop service work to be carried out.
Identify the availability of a suitable Service Engineer and liaise with them, providing details related to the work at hand.
Determine the availability of spare parts necessary for the engineer to perform the work and coordinate their provision.
Identify the availability of service tools and calibration equipment necessary for the engineer to perform the work.
Ensure that all field service reports are sent to the customer.
Provide or coordinate the provision of Helpdesk Telephone Support for Sales Center Türkiye customers on service-related matters.
Coordinate service stocks and service tools, ordering from Product Centers of Endress Hauser if necessary.
