We are currently seeking for a Field Service Engineer to join our RSC in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

  • Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) and Mongolia
  • Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia)
  • Countries out of the region upon request from head office depending of availability

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Visiting customer sites onshore and offshore within the area of responsibility for troubleshooting, installation supervision, commissioning, calibration/verification and start-up as per the contract.
  • Provision of technical documentation as per contract.
  • Provide feedback to sales when handling support cases and site visits, and assign opportunities when requests are received.
  • Conduct training for customers including preparation.
  • Assist technicians with less experience.
  • Support customers with product information and find solutions for technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about all products of Endress + Hauser. (online training and offline training from our factories)
  • Organize and carry out demonstration and test installation at   clients' sites
  • Provide remote support to regional partners and direct end customers.
  • Understand various aspects of after-sales service in terms of compliance with requirements, quality and time factors.
  • Handling re-call, repair and warranty cases and document all cases accurately and professionally.
  • Conduct site surveys (with sales) upon request
  • Maintain tooling and demo devices
  • Personal safety, maintain training, personal health and PPE requirements.
