What You’ll Be Doing

Your first 12 months

  • Build strong foundations through a structured 12‑month development plan combining formal courses, e‑learning and hands‑on training.
  • Deep‑dive into our instrumentation portfolio and learn how industries measure, monitor and control their processes.
  • Deliver engaging product overviews with support from experienced mentors and specialists.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries—working across phone, email and CRM.
  • Qualify opportunities technically and commercially, prepare quotations and manage follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Specialists, Senior Sales Engineers and Customer Care to solve problems and deliver exceptional service.
  • Use systems such as SAP, CRM, Salesforce and digital sales tools to progress opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Instrumentation & Control or another STEM field.
  • A genuine interest in technical solutions and a strong motivation to grow in sales.
  • Confident communication—both written and verbal—with a passion for helping customers.
  • A proactive, team‑orientated mindset and eagerness to learn.
