We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Temperature) to drive the growth of our Temperature business in South Korea. As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our Temperature portfolio across South Korea. Working closely with customers, sales colleagues, product management, and international stakeholders, you will identify new growth opportunities, develop market strategies, and help establish Endress+Hauser as a trusted partner in Temperature measurement solutions.

 

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the Temperature business across South Korea, identifying market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities
  • Actively engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote our Temperature portfolio and build long-term relationships
  • Provide technical consultation, product presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal sales teams
  • Support sales colleagues through joint customer visits and opportunity development activities
  • Represent Endress+Hauser at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our presence in the market
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities and translate insights into actionable business initiatives
  • Support the successful introduction of new products and solutions while working closely with Product Management, Marketing, and international experts
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce and contribute to achieving sustainable growth and profitability

 

What do we expect from you?​

You have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of experience in business development, technical sales, application engineering, or a related role within process automation or instrumentation
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial measurement technologies and customer applications
  • The ability to translate customer challenges into practical business opportunities and solutions
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused approach
  • Professional proficiency in Korean and English
