Service Business Driver Role + Responsibilities:

We are looking an engineer, process engineer, chemical engineer or other related field with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles with good understanding about consultative sales. experience selling services or intangibles, knowledge in industry or instrumentation/process automation is desired.

 

 

  • Responsible for implementing strategies to increase the business, focused in create proposals to add high value to our clients.
  • Develop and foster long-term customer relationships in order to achieve the annual target of Services department.
  • Contribute in setting sales and quality targets, working closely with our representatives, headquarter and others stakeholders.
  • Develop regional new networks to reach an optimal interaction leading to the necessary customer penetration in Latam
  • Ensure that global policies about Quality, Environment and Health & Safety.
  • Implement globally and regional defined marketing strategies to increase market opportunities for each industry.
  • Monitor of representative sales development and follow up the opportunities in the system.
  • Acting as corporate ambassador of our company mission and values compliance with global procedures and supporting high performance and continuous self-development of our employees in order to bring out their maximum development potential.
