Investigates and analyses the company's situation from an financial perspective and, as part of the management team, guides the company's management in the right direction.
Responsible for Financial Accounting and Management Accounting (using SAP in accordance with IFRS and Japanese GAAP).
Budgeting, forecasting and performance variance analysis
Preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly reports (management indicator data)
Preparation of financial reports
Tax reporting, tax notification submissions, international tax compliance
Cash management, reviewing and implementing more efficient deposit and withdrawal procedures, negotiating with financial institutions
Participation in parent company (Germany) and E+H Group projects
Establish and maintain business relationship with banks and other financial institutions. Responsible for all financial transactions of the company.
Qualification + Profile
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
Financial management experience in multinational or manufacturing organization at least 3 years.
Ability to understand and control a variety of responsibilities and priorities. Must be detail oriented. Accuracy and efficiency are critical.
Capable to regularly handle confidential and sensitive information consistently and in a discreet and professional manner.
Both Japanese and English at business level
