We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing team and focus on Level, Pressure and Temperature products. Based at our Portuguese Sales Centre, this role plays a key part in driving innovation and delivering reliable, high-impact measurement technologies to our customers in the field of process automation.

This role is all about developing and executing marketing plans that fuel revenue growth for our Level and Pressure product lines. As a key technical liaison, you will identify business opportunities, support product launches and phase-outs, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure application expertise and training — reinforcing Endress+Hauser’s leadership in process automation across strategic industries.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Drive the development and commercial success of your assigned product lines.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, including product positioning, sales enablement, customer training, and launch/phase-out activities.
- Support the sales team in identifying new applications and business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and respond to in-depth customer inquiries.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Represent the company in events, workshops, and customer training sessions.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Hold a Masters degree in Automation/Control, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in product management (ideally involving instrumentation or process automation).
- Have good knowledge of field instrumentation as well as marketing skills
- Bring strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Can prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Are fluent in Portuguese (C1+) and English (B2+).
- Possess a high level of customer focus and a problem-solving mindset.
