We are looking for a Customer Success Manager – F&B Industry to join our Group and make a direct impact on strengthening our strategic partnerships. In this role, you will bring your passion and expertise to help our customers unlock the full potential of the Endress+Hauser portfolio – including products, services, and solutions – while actively contributing to the overall growth of Endress+Hauser. As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that your assigned Strategic Account extracts maximum value from our comprehensive portfolio. Working closely with the Strategic Account Manager and Corporate Engineer, you will help cultivate and grow strategic partnerships, foster high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and proactively introduce new technologies and business opportunities. Positioned within our corporate functions, you’ll be a trusted advisor and catalyst for mutual growth.

 

Which tasks will you perform? 

You will:

  • Work alongside the Strategic Account Manager and Corporate Engineer to ensure alignment in maximizing retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction; periodically engage directly in the sales process, particularly within complex global opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on how to leverage Endress+Hauser’s comprehensive portfolio – addressing the needs of corporate stakeholders, R&D teams, test centers, process engineers, and more.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that help customers unlock untapped value in both their technical and business offerings through Account Based Marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Products, Solutions, Service, Marketing, and Account Management, ensuring the right expertise is brought into customer discussions when needed.

 

What do we expect from you? 
You:

  • Hold an Engineering degree or a comparable technical background.
  • Have a genuine interest in people, supporting them to succeed.
  • Are capable of understanding both your customer’s technical and business processes, particularly within the food industry.
  • Possess a consulting mindset with the skills to offer expert guidance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Are fluent in English, with additional languages seen as an advantage.
  • Are open to international travel.
  • Are preferably based in the south of Sweden or Copenhagen (Denmark) as required to fulfil duties.
