We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for carrying out service visits for our instruments at customers’ sites from Central Java to Sumatera, Indonesia.
Roles + Responsibilities
Delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, maintenance and repair of Endress+Hauser products to ensure that the products function properly
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance
Support customer in finding solutions, whether technical or non-technical, related to Endress+Hauser products.
Regularly process the administration of the work performed
Provide training and instruction to employees at customers’ sites
Qualification + Profile
Bachelor’s/graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a similar qualification
3 - 5 years’ experience of working in a service environment
Knowledge of IT applications, MS Office (proficient user in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, SAP)
Familiar and hands on with process instrumentation products. Familiarity with instrumentation products would be advantage
Have a good notions in English (writing and speaking)
Willingness to travel all areas covered within the scope of this role
Enthusiasm, proactive and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds
