What is the role about?
Do you excel in managing HR administrative tasks that keep the organization running smoothly? Are you ready to be the go-to expert for our employees and managers, helping to shape our culture and ensure compliance with HR policies? As our HR Manager, you will handle a wide range of administrative HR tasks while driving our people processes and enhancing the employee experience. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and team members to ensure that our HR practices reflect our values and support our business objectives.

 

Which tasks will you perform?
You will: 

  • Carry out all administrative HR tasks, including employee management, time management, sick leaves, jubilees & birthdays, payroll, etc. 
  • Act as a sparring partner for employees and managers, advising them on labor law, leadership, and coaching.
  • Analyze and compare our HR policies, processes, and practices with internal standards and external benchmarks to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop efficient and effective people processes in all HR areas such as talent management, recruiting and retention, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. 
  • Support and develop a learning and development culture, programs, and initiatives to ensure employees meet current and future performance standards and their individual development goals. 
  • Establish strategic initiatives in line with the Corporate HR strategy and the local business strategy. 

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

  • Have relevant education and experience in the personnel/human resources field.
  • Possess strong organization and administration skills with attention to detail.
  • Can work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Are a confident communicator who can develop and maintain lasting relationships with colleagues.
  • Have a customer-centric approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Have experience in working to deadlines, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English at a good business level.
  • Likely reside in the capital area, as our office is located in Søborg.
