We are currently seeking for a Head of Marketing and Industry to join our RSC in Almaty, Kazakhstan

 

 

Purpose

Lead the local marketing organization and as member of the local management team collaborate with key stakeholders. Adopting local strategies to implement the group strategy. Ensure there is sufficient local market intelligence to make the right decisions.

Being part of the local Management Team and collaborate with the key stakeholder from Sales and Service.

 

Main task and Responsibilities

  • Implement and communicate the strategic plans that are aligned with the group strategy.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the marketing team incl. the organizational setup.
  • Understand and consider local market needs, opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Is responsible for the strategic orientation of the local organization aligned with the group strategy.
  • Represent Endress+Hauser in local branch organizations.
  • Is part of the local Management Team and has the associated veto right as every MT member.
  • Supporting and responsible for the entire MCD process and partially the Value Optimization process
  • Supports on Analyze market up to Qualified Purchase Intend
  • Interact and exchange with global industry Managers, PC’s, SCP’s and the group Marketing Organization.
  • Manages local Industry Managers for dominate industries in the Region
  • Gathers and acts upon local market intelligence for his industry.

 

Local activities:

  • In cooperation with Head of Sales / BDMs respect the customer segmentation marketing and sales as defined by E+H Standard 206;
  • Supervises Preparation and Execution of seminars for customers and Representatives
  • Utilize CRM / SFDC system as per provided guideline
  • Other activities as reasonably requested from time to time in the course of E+H work

Education & Experience

Educational Degree: Bachelors or Master’s Degree (preferred)

Certification: Consultative Selling
