We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join us and strengthen our team at Endress+Hauser (Hellas) Single Member SA in Athens, Greece. You will play a key role in supporting our customers and partners with technical and commercial expertise while ensuring smooth internal processes.

If so, this role is for you! As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our External Sales Engineer and other internal stakeholders, ensuring that our Greek customers receive the best possible support and solutions. 

 

Which tasks will you perform? 

You will: 

  • Create offers and clarify technical and commercial requirements 

  • Follow up business opportunities in the systems and generate interactions with the objective to align, clarify, advise and be the link between partner, operations, and sales team 

  • Conduct order and offer-related negotiations with our customers, partners, and suppliers 

  • Set, follow, and complete task in relevant system to maintain clear communication with stakeholders 

  • Look after our customers, suppliers, and partners with your customer-oriented manner and act as their contact person
     

What do we expect from you? 

You: 

  • Hold an Engineering degree, preferably in automation, mechanical, or chemical field 

  • Have knowledge and experience in the sales business and internal sales support 

  • Are fluent in Greek and English 

  • Are skilled in handling the MS Office portfolio and know how to work with ERP system 

  • Have a winning and open-minded personality, are an outstanding team player, motivated to learn and want into a wonderful already existing and experienced team
