We are looking for an Outside Sales Engineer / Manager for Project to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible to develop and maintain strong relationship with our key customers, focusing particularly on the oil and gas, metal-mineral-mining, and Food & Beverage (F&B) industries in Indonesia.
The position will be based in our Indonesia’s main office in Jakarta.
Your tasks:
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities, creating demand for our products and services, while helping customer to improve their overall business process
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
Perform generalist tasks within the Account/Relationship Management Function
What you need to have:
You have completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering
You possess minimum of 4 years of project sales experience in related industries or having industry knowledge in oil and gas, metal-mineral-mining, and F&B, including knowledge of key players, market trends, regulatory environment, and potential challenges
You are familiar with sales project environments and able to identify customer’s need for process improvement
You possess a strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain effective long-term relationships with customer's senior management, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization
You are well structured, and comfortable in handling administration tasks as part of the project
