We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join our Endress+Hauser company in  Zagreb, Croatia

 

What is the role about?

  • proposal development
  • project planning and coordination
  • execution and monitoring of project 
  • project close-out

 

Which tasks will you perform?

  • collaborate with the project sales and project managers to understand client requirements and develop technical proposals
  • analyze the project scope, technical specifications, and resource requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and timelines
  • define project deliverables, work packages, timelines, and milestones based on contract specifications
  • develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product selection, procurement and manufacturing.
  • lead project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
  • monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • facilitate regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • conduct project reviews (close-out meetings) to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement
  • manage and submit final documentation, ensuring that all project records are complete and stored according to company standards
  • confirm final deliverables and hand over the project to the client and/or internal service teams.
