We are looking for a Business Driver to join us and accelerate growth in the analytical measurement portfolio within Liquid, Optical and Gas Analysis by turning qualitative process measurement challenges into practical customer value and stronger business outcomes for Endress+Hauser in Denmark. Endress+Hauser A/S is our Sales Center based in Søborg, serving customers in Denmark across Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater and Energy. As part of a global family-owned group, we collaborate closely with European production centers and international specialists to deliver reliable, sustainable solutions.

What is the role about?

Do you enjoy translating your expertise within analytical process measurements into clear value for customers? Are you energized by partnering with sales engineers to build a healthy opportunity pipeline? Do you thrive in consultative, project-based sales from early scoping to successful handover? This role brings those strengths together: you will be the go-to expert for analytical measurement solutions, working alongside Sales, Service, and our Solutions & Projects teams in a Sales Center function based in Søborg, Denmark. 

Which tasks will you perform?

You will: 

  • Educate sales organisation about application and technical know-how in the analytical measurements and help identify opportunities with customers for the portfolio within Liquid, Optical and Gas Analysis. 
  • Work closely with External Sales and Industry Manager to create and qualify leads, building a strong pipeline for analytical measurement solutions. 
  • Lead the sales process for analytical measurement projects, developing opportunities that create value and improve customer processes. 
  • Act as a consultant to customers by coordinating application expertise and technical support to help design their processes and select the right technical solutions. 
  • Contribute to creating proposals and engage actively with customers throughout opportunity development to increase win probability and customer satisfaction. 
  • Align and collaborate across Sales, Service, Solutions & Projects, international Endress+Hauser specialists and other functions to meet customer needs, ensuring smooth handover to project execution. 
  • Document all customer activities in our CRM to ensure transparent tracking of opportunities and projects. 

What do we expect from you?

You: 

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in process technology, automation or mechanical engineering—or a relevant technical education combined with commercial experience. 
  • Bring 3–5 years’ experience in the process industry, automation or technical measurement solutions. 
  • Offer hands-on experience in one or more areas of process analytics such as analytical sensors and transmitters, Steam and Water Analysis Systems (SWAS), process analyzers, process photometers & optical sensors, Raman spectroscopy analyzers, laser-based gas analyzers (TDLAS), and emission monitoring.
  • Have a proven track record in selling complex technical solutions and project management, working closely with customers and internal teams to meet customer demand. 
  • Communicate clearly in writing and in person and translate technical capabilities into business value for diverse stakeholders. 
  • Are a collaborative team player who builds relationships across the organization, flexible and willing to travel as needed
  • Fluent in English, Danish is an advantage.
