We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Endress+Hauser (E+H) Vietnam Company Limited in Hanoi City, Vietnam.

 

What is the role about? 

 

  • Responsible for sales development and sales results for assigned territories, industries or customers
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, activate and develop new accounts
  • Consult customers in order to find best fit offering
  • Take ownership of complaints and other issues affecting customer satisfaction
  • Maintain all customer interactions in Salesforce.com (SFDC)

Which tasks will you perform? 

  • Account Development
  • Activity planning and follow-up
  • Strategy/ action implementation for the territory/ industry or types of dedicated customers in charge
  • Follow-up of inquiries and actions, support payment collection
  • Proficiency of E+H processes including SAP & SFDC to make maximum use of the same
  • Manage own territory with regular face-to-face and phone contact with all clients
  • Strong understanding of market and the territory
  • Identify new opportunities, projects and customers
  • Actively support in project acquisition
  • Execution of seminars for customers
  • Support of Internal Sales Engineer (ISE) in daily business
  • Support internally in related matters e.g. technical, commercial and logistic related topics
  • Maximize cross selling factor per account
  • Deliver Sales Orders in line with budgeted levels, manage an existing pipeline of projects and orders
  • Produce a sales report of activity and sales forecast. Understanding usage levels of key customers and producing accurate forecasts
  • Strong awareness of competitors and of E+H’s competitive advantage
  • Conversant with the E+H products, solutions and services. Has technical understanding – features and benefits for customers
  • Other activities (e.g. domestic and oversea travel) as requested from time to time

 

What do we expect from you?

  • 6 – 8 years of working experience, 3 years of selling experience
  • Graduate of Instrumentation or any related engineering degree
  • Strong technical instrumentation and application knowledge competencies (knowledge of E+H’s products is preferred)
  • Commercial knowledge is a must
  • After Sales Service knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, SFDC is preferred
