We are seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to manage our key customers, with a primary focus on our Chinese' customers.

 

Roles + Responsibilities

  • Delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, maintenance and repair of Endress+Hauser products to ensure that the products function properly
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance
  • Support customer in finding solutions, whether technical or non-technical, related to Endress+Hauser products.
  • Regularly process the administration of the work performed
  • Provide training and instruction to employees at customers’ sites

 

Qualification + Profile

  • Bachelor’s/graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a similar qualification 
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience of working in a service environment
  • Speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of IT applications, MS Office (proficient user in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, SAP)
  • Familiar and hands on with process instrumentation products. Familiarity with instrumentation products would be advantage 
  • Willingness to travel all areas covered within the scope of this role
  • Enthusiasm, proactive and able to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds
