We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Group and make a real impact! In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you’ll install, service, and maintain optical gas analysis instruments across Sweden. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will help ensure customer satisfaction while building lasting relationships on-site. What is the role about? 
As a Service Technician, you’ll work hands-on with the installation, technical service, and preventive maintenance of optical gas analysis instruments. The role is mobile and customer-facing, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and deliver real value on-site.
 
Which tasks will you perform? 
You will: 

  • Install, service, and maintain optical instruments for gas analysis
  • Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Be responsible for documentation of your service work orders in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • The role involves travel across Sweden, with approximately 60 overnight stays per year.

 
What do we expect from you?​ 
You:

  • Hold a technical high school diploma in electrical engineering or a related field, or possess other relevant post-secondary technical education.
  • Bring previous experience as a Service Technician, Instrumentation Technician, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and have a strong command of English.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (B category).
  • Possess a curious, service-oriented mindset and thrive in a goal-driven team environment.
  • Exhibit a structured, flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Are customer-focused and consistently aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electrical certification or expertise.
  • Experience with PLC programming and signal processing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of programming and data communication.
