We are looking for a Director SAP ERP (f/m/d) for our Endress+Hauser InfoServe team to shape the future of our ERP landscape for the Endress+Hauser Group. You’ll take charge of our already ongoing SAP S/4 HANA transformation and go even further - developing and executing a holistic SAP ERP strategy that ensures long-term business value.
Endress+Hauser InfoServe is our IT Business Unit specializing in providing innovative solutions and services in the field of information technology. As part of the Endress+Hauser Group InfoServe drives digital transformation and delivers exceptional value to our organization. With a strong focus on SAP ERP and S/4 HANA, we help our business units stay efficient, competitive, and future-ready.

You’ll not only ensure the successful continuation of our S/4 HANA transformation - you’ll also develop and drive a future-oriented SAP ERP strategy that supports business agility and growth across the Endress+Hauser Group. You’ll collaborate closely with the Management Team of Endress+Hauser InfoServe and report directly to the Managing Director.

 

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

  • Develop and execute a long-term, holistic SAP ERP strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports continuous innovation.
  • Oversee the entire ERP domain and manage a high-performing team of 65 internal SAP experts and additional external resources.
  • Lead the ongoing transition from our ERP ECC landscape to SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Balance operational needs with strategic initiatives to ensure seamless business continuity during transformation.
  • Align global stakeholders across Business and IT functions, ensuring collaboration and shared ownership of ERP initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to the leadership of Endress+Hauser InfoServe as part of the Management Team.
  • Shape a dynamic, agile, and cross-functional team culture that is ready for future challenges.
