We are looking for a Head of Department Shared Services (w/m/d) to lead and develop a newly created department at Endress+Hauser InfoServe. In this role, you will bring together expertise in IT security and IT monitoring to further enhance our IT landscape and support the Endress+Hauser Group.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Lead and inspire your team, following Endress+Hauser’s Leadership Competency Model.
- Establish Vulnerability Management for Endress+Hauser InfoServe and support partner companies with their vulnerability-related topics.
- Further develop and lead:
- The central Systems Monitoring (Icinga/Grafana)
- Performance Monitoring (Catchpoint/LoadRunner Enterprise)
- Risk assessments (Bitsight)
- Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Implement and execute the company’s strategic direction.
- Set smart and clear objectives and key results for your department (OKR).
