We are looking for a Service Developer to join our team and bring fresh ideas to our global service offerings at Endress+Hauser Group Services. As the bridge between strategy and execution, Group Services provides vital support to our business units worldwide. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to shape the future of industrial services.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Innovate and develop advanced global service offerings that seamlessly integrate with our process automation portfolio.
- Lead and manage the industrialization of the service offering including writing user stories, defining technical requirements for IT developers, and testing developed applications.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance and optimize our existing service offerings.
- Facilitate the global deployment and rollout of new service offerings by providing training and technical support to sales and service centres.
- Collaborate with internal technology and service experts to optimize customer journeys and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Manage project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of tangible results.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, service engineering, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT environment.
- Have knowledge of industrial services and the process automation markets (a plus).
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and a passion for digitalization.
- Thrive in agile environments and foster effective collaboration among diverse teams.
- Have experience with cloud-based delivery systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) and IT architecture design.
- Exhibit leadership, coordination, and excellent communication skills.
- Manage time effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Are skilled in design thinking, customer journey mapping, and service blueprinting (preferred).
- Are fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
