We are currently seeking an additional team member for our Lifetime Services Processes and Systems Department as a Service Execution Specialist. You will be working closely with various Endress+Hauser sales centers and internal production across the globe in order to drive our service execution capabilities, particularly in the areas of calibration and metrology. Role + Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end processes for globally relevant service execution IT, Software, and Equipment, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in delivering our standard service portfolio 
  • Manage Marketing, Quote-Order Processes, Cost-Pricing, Sourcing, Production, Pre- & After-Sales Support Processes, and Continuous Improvement (CIP) for standard service tools
  • Develop and implement frameworks, guidelines, and standards for service execution equipment & IT, safeguarding global brand and quality while strategically leveraging competitive advantages for Endress+Hauser
  • Serve as Calibration Expert for the annual ISO17043 proficiency testing campaign, liaising with Product Centers for Proficiency Testing Items, creating testing protocols, defining assigned values, and providing technical support to Sales Centers on inquiries
  • Act as the Knowledge Owner for certified Calibration training, responsible for defining objectives, instructional design, content, assessments, and methods and as Trainer for certified Metrology & Calibration training, overseeing the certification of local-regional trainers and managing the training network

 

Qualification + Profile

  • Experience in Field Service Execution, ideally with our Endress+Hauser Service portfolio
  • Technical and process related expertise in the areas of metrology and calibration
  • Ability to influence and lead without formal leadership responsibilities
  • Confidence in navigating challenges within the change processes
  • Proficient in analyzing complex situations for improvement opportunities and in translating data and insights into actionable strategies
  • Fluent in English
