With innovative solutions, our subsidiary, CodeWrights, represents unique solutions for plant control integration and on-site device management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you will be a trusted partner for our customers, recognizing and understanding their requirements and offering individually tailored solutions. With your expertise, you will inspire and be perceived as a valuable advisor. The position is based in CodeWrights' office in Karlsruhe.

 

Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:

  • Selling our software solutions throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Building new customer relationships
  • Managing and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Independently creating offers
  • Conducting international customer and trade show visits
  • Leading negotiations to a successful close
  • Creating solution concepts in collaboration with the software development team
  • Working closely with the entire team, including project managers, software developers, and the management team
  • Actively contributing to scaling the company and the team, with the primary goal of generating order intake

 

Your qualifications:

  • A completed (technical) degree and experience as well as success in selling software services, preferably in the industry
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally, without visa restrictions
  • Communication skills in German and English (fluent), both written and spoken
  • A team player with strong presentation skills
  • Experience in the entire sales process, from acquisition to closing
  • Self-motivation and goal orientation
