We are looking for a Regional Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting operations within the Endress+Hauser Group. The team is part of the Global CoE People Attraction & Development, which provides strategic and operational HR services for our global organization, fostering collaboration and excellence across all entities.
This position is based in Weil am Rhein, Germany and is part of the Recruitment Hub for the EMEA region. The Regional Recruiter will play a key role in collaboratively driving the recruitment practice for the region, with a special focus on our Reinach, CH campus, where several key businesses have their global HQ.
What you will be doing
- You will coordinate with HR Business Partners to manage the full recruitment life-cycle from intake meeting to shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- You will partner with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to understand recruitment needs to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill or critical positions
- You will build and maintain relationships with Line Managers to develop a deep understanding of their objectives and team style
- You will act as an advisor to Line Managers and HR Business Partners to develop a tailor-made search plan to identify potential candidates to fit their requirements
- You will identify, attract and screen candidates from across all disciplines (R&D, Commercial, Operations, Service, etc.)
- You will maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends
- You will liaise with the Employer Branding team on topics for the entities in the region
- You will build talent pools in all talent segments and across respective entities
What you have done
- You have experience in the field of corporate recruiting or with a recruiting agency
- You have a deep understanding of the Swiss recruitment market, coupled with knowledge of other EU markets (especially Germany)
- You are able to keep calm in rough times in a dynamic environment
- You are an innovative, creative thinker with the ability to devise bespoke recruiting strategies
- You are business fluent in English and German
- You have developed consulting skills and are able to push back with a sense of urgency
- You are a naturally enthusiastic and innovative personality with a proven ability to network effectively
